I wasn’t ready for this!
The stay proved to be surprising in both good and bad ways. Great staff interaction stood out, while cleanliness fell short, with complaints about bathroom upkeep and noise from other rooms. Comfy beds made for a decent night’s sleep, yet the breakfast options were a bit underwhelming. Not quite what I expected!

We had a wonderful stay with my son's family. The kids loved the pools and the complimentary breakfast was a hit. The staff was super friendly, and we really enjoyed exploring local attractions like Steamtown National Historic Site and the fun at Lahey Family Fun Park nearby.
My kids wished there was a larger area with more activities for them to enjoy together.

great stay but missing a pool
The staff was always attentive, making sure our needs were met throughout our stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed each morning. Breakfast options exceeded expectations, with fresh and flavorful items to choose from. I also noticed the room was exceptionally clean and organized, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
The absence of a pool was noticeable, especially for a family with children.

Comfortable, Comfortable, Comfortable
I loved my stay in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds! The beds were soft Plus, the breakfast options were fantastic, especially the gluten-free items-I felt so well taken care of! Coffee was available 24/7, which is a simple luxury I can't get enough of! 🎉☕

The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. The room felt a bit outdated, and the parking had a hidden fee. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the option for bicycle rental, which was a nice touch.

The bathroom had nice water pressure.
Upon entering, the room was unclean, with hair everywhere, including in the bed. The bathroom light was broken, making it nearly impossible to see. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which added to my disappointment during the stay.

great central base for city exploring and parks
I appreciated that I could easily stroll to the beautiful Marywood University Arboretum just over 2 km away, and checking out the Historic Scranton Iron Furnaces was just a bit further, making it super convenient for my weekend adventures. the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, but the room I was initially assigned had a few cleanliness issues that were quickly resolved when I switched rooms.

Decent Stay but Room for Improvement
Enjoyed a comfortable room with cozy beds. However, the front desk staff were indifferent, making group arrangements a hassle. Breakfast options were limited but satisfying. Pro tip, Ask for light adjustments in common areas and confirm conference room availability in advance to avoid disappointment.

Unexpected delights after a long journey
The late-night cereal spread was a lifesaver after our bus breakdown. The staff's warm smiles and the cute eco-friendly bathroom amenities made us feel at home immediately.
A clearer sign could have saved us some time and confusion, especially after a long travel day.
